One District one Product

The ‘One District One Product’ training programme conducted by the Uttar Pradesh Institute of Design and Research (UPIDR) in Lucknow, U.P., is an innovative initiative aimed at fostering concepts of Design intervention, Entrepreneurship towards promoting regional and Geographically Identified (GI) Handicraft products pertaining to their respective Craft Clusters which have been confined within and around certain districts of the state of Uttar Pradesh.

  • Carpet Weaving
  • Jaggery
  • Bamboo flute making, etc.
